Two exciting developments!
Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar held a media conference
last Friday to protest the Governor's proposed CalWORKs cuts. Assemblymember Kevin DeLeon also spoke out against the cuts. The event was well-attended by community members and the media, as well as CAP members. Read Official Resolution.
This Tuesday, Jan.23rd, the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors will be
